Cafe 'Les Parisiens': A Spacious Cafe Full of Pink French Romantic Vibes in Seoul, Korea(Myeongdong )

Aloha~ 🌺

Today, I want to share one of my absolute favorite spots, Les Parisiens Myeongdong, an incredibly romantic cafe that absolutely nails French desserts!(Note: The photos in this post are from my visit during the beautiful Christmas season, but it is a place I still visit all the time! 💕)

The cute exterior is more than enough to catch the eyes of passersby. True to its reputation as a Myeongdong hotspot for SNS photos, even foreign tourists naturally stopped in their tracks. It already grabs your attention with its pink aesthetics, but it looks even prettier decorated for Christmas! 🎄

Les Parisiens Myeongdong is a large cafe created by "Guillaume," a brand already famous for its desserts! Since Guillaume's Cheongdam and Pangyo branches are renowned for their French sweets, my expectations for the taste were super high!

A Spacious, 3-Story Pink Haven

The entire building from the 1st to the 3rd floor is dedicated to cafe seating. It’s so spacious that you can enjoy a relaxed conversation here, even in the always-crowded Myeongdong! Each floor has a slightly different interior vibe, but overall, it's a bit more romantic and cute compared to Guillaume.

Going up a floor~ the 2nd floor has a giant heart, a central tree, and a layout with large tables. It looks great for group visits or getting some light work done at the communal table. Even though I came early, you can tell there's plenty of seating, right?

Let's go up one more floor~ The 3rd floor has lots of comfortable seating, so we chose to sit here. By arriving a bit early while others were having lunch, we had the luxury of picking any seat we wanted, which was fantastic. With great natural light, it is cozy and warm! You'd think I'd be tired of it by the end of the year, but am I the only one who still gets butterflies seeing a Christmas tree? The cafe is filled with cute elements in every corner~

Stunning Desserts & Pastries

The cakes and éclairs are visually stunning. Their neat appearance really gives off a well-crafted vibe. The level of perfection looks high, and the prices are reasonable (in the 8,000 KRW range), making me want to visit often and try them all! It was so hard to choose just one.

They even had Stollen out for the holiday season! The éclairs and desserts are packaged in pretty pink boxes, making them perfect for gifts~ No wonder it's gaining popularity! The drink prices are also reasonable, in the 5,000 KRW range. Since it's a French bakery, they use the term 'Au Lait' instead of 'Latte'  Such a cute point!

There was a wide variety of baked goods prepared, and over in the bakery section, the pastries looked so magnificent that I picked out two of them!

The Taste Test: Absolute Perfection

The buzzer rang, so I went to pick up our order! Thump thump!! Ta-da! Isn't it gorgeous? The desserts are on another level just by looking at them! It's not just the visual; the taste is so perfected that it's absolutely worth visiting just as a dessert destination.

Our Order:

  • Marron (Chestnut) Pastry: 6,800 KRW

  • Ribbon Pain Suisse: 6,500 KRW

  • Parc Monceau (Cherry & Pistachio Mousse): 8,500 KRW

  • Matcha Au Lait: 6,000 KRW

Compared to other bakeries in Myeongdong, the prices for the desserts seem very reasonable~ Hmm... it's all so delicious where should I even begin!

  • First, the Marron Pastry had perfectly crispy, distinct layers filled with a deep chestnut-flavored cream. It was moist, crunchy, and absolutely delicious~

  • The signature Parc Monceau was shockingly good—it tasted like a dessert from a 5-star hotel bakery or a Michelin-starred restaurant. The layers of pistachio and fruit flavors blended beautifully, and the wafer at the bottom shattered crisply. I completely fell for its luxurious and harmonious taste. I noticed it was sold out on my way out, so if you see it, make sure to eat it right away!!

  • The Ribbon Pain Suisse was a pastry filled with custard cream speckled with vanilla beans. The ribbon-shaped one has a crispier charm, while the square one (Marron pastry) features moist bread packed with cream. Pick according to your preference~ They were all delicious, but I personally preferred the square-shaped pastry!

I visited thinking of it as a Myeongdong cafe, but I ended up recommending it as a Myeongdong bakery~

Gallery Exhibitions & Cute Merch

Looking closely at the many paintings on the wall, I realized Artist Jay Lee was holding an exhibition. Les Parisiens Myeongdong serves as a complex cultural space with so much to see in every corner, making it even more fun~

And we absolutely can't leave out the goods shop! The pink items are incredibly cute, and the prices are reasonable, making them great for gifts~ A pretty mug for 15,000 KRW is a great deal, right?! The ceramic tumblers and portable tumblers are lovely too, and the coffee bean gift sets are so adorable~ They also have a variety of Guillaume tea bags prepared.

From passport wallets to diaries, my wallet was opening on its own. It's full of pretty pink things!!! When buying gifts for friends, there's no need to go anywhere else—just buy them at Les Parisiens!

I always have a happy time at the delightful Myeongdong cafe Les Parisiens, where I ate my fill of delicious bread, enjoyed the exhibition, and even checked out pretty merch~ Everyone, if you're passing by Myeongdong, make sure to stop by at least once!

Mahalo for today!!
